Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of MyMedalStory. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MyMedalStory (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscriptions and billing
The Pro Athlete plan is billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your account; credits remain valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, after which any unused credits expire.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload — including photos, race data, certificates and reflections. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the rights to use it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content; attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems; interfering with or disrupting the Service; reselling or commercially exploiting the Service without authorisation; or using the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Strava, Garmin, Apple Health, Google and our payment processor. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of third-party services.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, trademarks and branding, is owned by MyMedalStory and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyMedalStory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country) without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Georgia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

MyMedalStory is operated by Rudolf Eremyan, a sole proprietor based in Georgia (country) at Queen Ketevan Avenue 47-49, Tbilisi 0144, Georgia. Payments are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, who handle billing, invoicing and sales-tax/VAT.
