Overview
MyMedalStory sells digital subscriptions (the Pro Athlete plan) and one-time credit packs. Because these are digital products delivered instantly, this policy explains when and how refunds are issued. By making a purchase you agree to this policy.
Subscriptions
Pro Athlete subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro Athlete subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge. This guarantee applies to your most recent subscription payment.
Credit packs
Credits are consumable digital goods. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used to create or unlock content are non-refundable, as the digital good has been delivered.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you are charged in error, billed more than once for the same purchase, or experience a technical failure that prevented delivery, contact us and we will investigate and issue a full refund for any verified erroneous charge.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email admin@mymedalstory.com from the address associated with your account, including your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where local law grants you broader refund rights, those rights prevail.
