We collect the data you provide when creating an account (name, email), race data synced from Strava, Garmin or Apple Health, and photos you upload to your stories.
How we use it
Your data is used to generate and display your Medal Story pages, personalise your experience, and — with your consent — send you product updates and offers.
Data retention
Your stories and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from User Settings.
Third parties
We share data only with processors that help us deliver the service (hosting, analytics, payment processing). We do not sell your data to advertisers.
Your rights
